Job Description:

A Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and services related to laboratory equipment, instruments, and software. This position requires knowledge of medical laboratory equipment and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair technical problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs Job Service such installation, Preventive maintenance (PMS), calibration of Medical Diagnostic and Medical Imaging Equipment effectively.
  • Provides Service Support to the Sales Team.
  • Prepares Service report, report validation, calibration certificate.
  • Performs training and ensures maintenance of all documentation related to Job Order.
  • Responds to breakdown call/s from Customer Accounts.
  • Prepares Service Job Service schedule.
  • Performs tasks that maybe assigned to his/her.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (Com Engr.) or equivalent.
  • Sales Driven with Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office Application.
  • Works with Minimal Supervision.
  • Flexible in Work place, willing to Travel.
  • Full Time Position available.
  • With Driver’s License is a plus.
