Mispa i3 works based on Rate Based Nephelometry & Immuno-turbidimetry technology. Rate Based Nephelometry and Immunoturbidimetry are analytical chemistry methods used in Blood Testing for determining the amount of cloudiness, or turbidity in a solution.
The technology is based upon the measurement of the effect of turbidity upon the transmission and scattering of light through the sample. In Nephelometry the intensity of the scattered light is measured, whereas in Turbidimetry the intensity of light transmitted through the sample is measured, often at a particular angle.
The analyzer uses a patented Unique Channel Shifting (UCS) Technology. UCS technology is the reason behind Mispa i3's advancement in terms of quick turnaround time and high precision. The combination of two measuring technologies ensures high linearity and sensitivity.
